Cannot connect to client agent. Please select required state from the below available "State" dropdown field and then click on "Download" button to download Client Agent.

If CVR Client Agent version currently installed in the system/machine is lower than 3.1.0.6 then please uninstall the existing Client Agent application and install latest version by selecting the required state and then clicking on Download button.
