CVR will conduct multiple LiveMeeting sessions on demand to train users on the NEW Print on Demand Temp Tag program for all dealers who currently issue cardboard plates. After you download and complete your paperwork you will be contacted by one of our personnel. Please remember that you can also sign up to Process ALL your transactions online with CVR.

These are the items that your are required to have setup before the presentation. Please contact our Technical Support group at 1-800-333-6995 for assistance with any of the following:
1. Any computer you plan on issuing Temp Tags from must be installed with the latest CVR program (Version 15.2A). If you have not loaded the CVR program on all PCs that will be processing Temp Tags please contact our support desk at 1.800.333.6995
2. Any user that will be issuing Temp Tags must have his/her user id and password ready and have tested it to make sure they can gain access to the program. A User Affidavit must be submitted to the CVR support desk in order to activate new users.
3. You must order your initial supply of plastic sleeve by calling 410.799.1240.

Bill # 67 that was passed by the Maryland Legislature this year MANDATES that all dealers that wish to continue issuing temporary plates MUST transmit this date to the MVA electronically and sign-up to print these tags at their location on demand.
Any and all remaining cardboard tags should be either returned to the MVA for a refund or destroyed. We can tell you how. You must be signed-up and ready to process in this manner NO LATER than SEPTEMBER 30, 2010.
Computerized Vehicle Registration (CVR) will provide you the ability to comply with Bill #67 and continue to issue temporary plates to your customers. Please call or e-mail us TODAY to complete your enrollment and schedule your upgrade to this new procedure. This is the only notice you will receive. Compliance to this statute is mandatory and requires action on your part by e-mailing us today.
